Sent my watch in for a repair and it did come back working, so that part was good. Relief. But the updates were slow, and I had to email twice just to find out what was going on. Annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average.

My watch showed up faster than I was expecting, which was nice. The tracking, though, I wish it updated a little better because I kept checking it and not much changed

I was kind of in a rush when I tried it on, but it fit my wrist perfectly right away. No adjusting or fussing needed

I bought a Guess watch from guesswatches.com about a year ago, i feel like it was money well spent.

I wear it most days, including at work where it gets knocked against desks and random things more than I’d like. The strap still feels comfortable, and the watch face has held up way better than I expected with barely any noticeable scratches.

It’s not trying to be some super fancy luxury watch, but for the price, I think the quality is really solid. I’ve had other watches wear out faster, so I’m happy with this one so far.

I’ll be honest, I mostly paid attention to the stuff I care about, the papers, the overall finish, and whether anything felt off. Everything looked legit to me, and it came with the proper paperwork. No issues on my end.

Bottom line, I’m really happy with it. I’ve been wearing this watch every day and haven’t had any issues so far. It looks great on my wrist and has a nice sturdy feel to it, like it’s built to last.

But this is where it got annoying, it took way more back-and-forth emails than I expected, and the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest either. I’d say 3 stars is fair.

Like I said, I got exactly what I ordered. No mixups or anything, and the watch was the right one. Like I said, simple and exactly what I expected.

I messaged them expecting to wait forever, because of course that's usually how it goes, but they actually replied really quickly and fixed my issue. Nice surprise, honestly.

I mainly bought this Guess watch because I loved the design, it looks even nicer in person. The face is clean but still has a little bit of a dressy feel to it (without looking like I’m trying too hard). I’ve already gotten a few compliments on it, which is always a nice bonus. Really happy with how it looks on my wrist

I’m picky about packaging, especially with stuff like watches, but this one showed up in great shape. The box wasn’t beat up at all, and everything inside was packed neatly and felt secure. Made me feel good opening it. No complaints from me.
